Ryan Kenimer

My name is Ryan Kenimer and I am the owner, operator, and managing broker for Kenimer Realty! I became a licensed real estate agent just after the housing bubble crash in 2008. At the time I was a student at the University of Kentucky finishing my degree in Mechanical Engineering. I love numbers and data, and during that time when there was nothing but doom and gloom in the real estate market and global financial market, I saw OPPORTUNITY! I still do. I am excited about real estate, and I am super excited about the city I serve here in Lexington, and its surrounding counties. I started this company with the vision of serving my clients through excellence, integrity, and courage.
